In this private introductory session, there’s no fee to meet me.  Let’s see if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about what you want and what might be blocking you or slowing you down from getting that. We’ll clarify your issues and discuss how we could move forward. No pressure – we’ll just see if we’re a good fit. I trust that you will receive value from just this 45-minute conversation.

A Journey of Transformation

Start your Journey of Transformation with 6 private Coaching Sessions to help you through a challenging transition. Each session builds upon each other as we get to the root of unhealthy habits or limiting beliefs, so that you can replace them with healthy ones.

I use a holistic approach to bridge mind and body. Along with discussion we may use Healing Touch, EFT (tapping), and/or other energy techniques to help remove any blockages that keep you from being your healthiest self – mind, body, spirit. (Learn more about these techniques in the FAQs on my home page.)

Each session is up to 75 minutes in length. Because you schedule the sessions through my online calendar, you can choose if we meet weekly or biweekly (2x/month).  Of course, you are always welcome to schedule a single session of Healing Touch to find the calm you need to gain clarity and energetic balance.

Healing Touch

Healing Touch is a compassionate energy therapy used to clear, balance, energize and support the human energy system thus creating an optimal environment for the body’s innate tendency to heal. It supports the whole person (mind, body, spirit).

Laugh as a Group! (Each Friday)

With Laughter Yoga, we will laugh together for 30 minutes without relying on humor, jokes, or comedy. Science has proven that the body cannot differentiate between simulated and real laughter, so you will get a D.O.S.E. of happy hormones which help to release endorphins.

We’ll start each session with a gentle warm-up which include stretching, breathing, clapping and body movement. Then I will guide you through a variety of laughter exercises. Laughter Yoga not only fosters a feeling of physical wellbeing; it also enhances the spirit and touches the emotional core.  Join in most Fridays at Noon (12:00 pm EST) at no charge – just fun!

My (in-person or virtual) Laughter Yoga workshops are perfect for workplace wellness programs, team building retreats, and conference ice-breakers. They are tailored to your workplace needs, helping staff feel energized, focused, motivated and connected while having heaps of fun in a relaxed setting.
