Each Wednesday at 5:30 pm EST, join me for a joyful, midweek break with a session of Laughter Yoga – a playful mix of deep breathing, gentle movement, and contagious laughter that lifts your mood, boosts immunity, and melts away stress. No experience needed. Just bring your willingness to smile, connect, and feel good from the inside out!

Paint from Your Soul™ Workshops

A new creative, soul-nourishing experience is on the horizon… Paint from Your Soul™. This isn’t about technique – it’s about expression! It’s about letting go, tuning in, and allowing your inner world to come forward in a safe, supportive space. 

I plan to offer small retreats beginning this fall, with gatherings held a few times each year. I can’t wait to share this with you!
