I’m a wife, mother, entrepreneur, caregiver, coach, grandmother, and so much more. Like you, I’ve worn a lot of hats. And I’ve moved through seasons when the roles and rhythms of my life have changed, sometimes by choice and sometimes not.

I’ve watched my children grow up and create lives of their own. I’ve navigated a health crisis that changed the way I lived. And after 25 years, I sold the business I’d built and stepped into an entirely new chapter.

Life doesn’t have to be going wrong for change to knock you off your feet. You may have loved the life you had. And that’s exactly why it can be so disorienting when it changes.

Sometimes you chose the change. Sometimes it’s something you’ve looked forward to. And sometimes life throws you a curve ball you never saw coming.

Suddenly, the life you knew looks different, and you’re left wondering, “Now what?”

I don’t believe the answer is to reinvent yourself. I believe it’s to re-member yourself, reconnecting with who you’ve always been while discovering parts of yourself that are still waiting to emerge.
