Each Wednesday at Noon EST, join me for a joyful, midweek break with a session of Laughter Yoga—a playful mix of deep breathing, gentle movement, and contagious laughter that lifts your mood, boosts immunity, and melts away stress. No experience needed—just bring your willingness to smile, connect, and feel good from the inside out! (Check the schedule for the Wednesdays available. Please schedule so I know if I have any attendees that day!)

Women’s Coaching Circle
In these bi-weekly sessions, we’ll explore one theme at a time—creating space, reclaiming energy, listening to your soul, honoring your feminine wisdom, and more. We’ll use soulful conversation, guided reflection, and gentle practices like journaling, EFT (tapping), and take home practices.
