How is a life coach different from a therapist?
While therapists often focus on past experiences and diagnoses, life coaches, like me, concentrate on present challenges and future goals. I help you identify obstacles, develop strategies, and take actionable steps toward a more balanced life.
Are you a licensed medical professional?
I am a certified Health and Life Coach, certified Master EFT Practitioner, and certified Healing Touch Practitioner. I am not a licensed medical or mental health professional, and my services do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical or psychological condition.
Are sessions available in person or virtually?
Yes, I offer both in-person sessions in Dunwoody, GA, and virtual sessions via video conferencing. Distance Healing Touch sessions are also effective, as energy transcends physical boundaries.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Absolutely! I provide a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call to discuss your needs and determine how we can work together effectively.
Can I use my HSA, FSA, or HRA to pay?
Many clients successfully use their Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), or Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) for sessions. Please consult your plan administrator for specific eligibility.
How many sessions will I need?
Each individual’s journey is unique. While some clients find relief in a few sessions, others benefit from a 6-session “Journey of Transformation” program. We’ll tailor the approach to your specific goals and needs.
What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)?

What is Laughter Yoga?
